All Nippon Airways, Japan’s largest airline, took delivery of its first Airbus A321neo aircraft today, the first of 26 on order.

The aircraft is equipped with eight premium class seats and 186 economy class seats, for a total of 194 seats. The aircraft is the first domestic aircraft in ANA’s fleet to be equipped with seatback in-flight entertainment options for all passengers and will be flying domestic routes starting in October.

The aircraft will be replacing part of ANA’s Boeing 767-300 and Boeing 767-300ER domestic fleet. The aircraft will most likely be used to replace the four Airbus A321-200s currently in ANA’s fleet as well.
