In this capacity, he worked as a Corporate Asset Protection Manager, focusing on safeguarding company assets, reducing losses, and implementing security strategies across business operations.
This role marked a significant step in his professional development, aligning with his growing expertise in risk management and organizational security.
Following his time at Opitz & Associates, Hinrichs continued his career trajectory with Sherwin-Williams, where he served as a territory manager for approximately three years.
In this position, he managed accounts, supported sales initiatives, and worked closely with clients to meet business objectives within his assigned region.
Beyond his professional life, Hinrichs was married to Jessi Pierce, with whom he shared three children: Hudson, Cayden, and Avery.
Pierce was known for her work as an NHL reporter and her coverage of the Minnesota Wild. The family was based in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area, where they were part of the local community.
Tragically, the family was impacted by a fatal house fire in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
According to reports, the incident occurred in the early morning hours and resulted in the deaths of Pierce and their three children.
Hinrichs was not present at the residence at the time of the fire, making him the only surviving immediate family member.
